ready to test your strength?
Join us for the September Squat Challenge at Southside! This event is open to all members throughout the month and is a test of strength to see how many reps you can complete.:
Rules:
You get as many attempts as you want throughout the month, but only get to compete in one division
you must have a witness
you must submit a video to the gym
you must weigh yourself before your attempt
Knee Sleeves and Belts are allowed
reps must hit at or below 90 degrees at the bottom and full extension at the top
must be on a barbell, not other types of bars
Four Divisions:
Mens or Womens
Bodyweight
1.5x your bodyweight (Women)
2x your bodyweight (Men)
Awards:
Free month membership, and some Southside swag will be awarded to the first-place winner in each category, totaling four winners. Winners will be announced in early October!
